- Contact your Insured after being assigned a loss
within 24 hrs. Emergency calls are handled immediately.
- Prepare a detailed scope of insurance related damage
and submit all information within 72 hrs. of our field
inspection. Major losses and "CAT"
situations will require more time.
- We will inform you immediately in the event that
loss mitigation is necessary to reduce or eliminate
secondary damage.
- Provide immediate loss mitigation to reduce secondary
damage, but only after your approval and the Insured
authorization.
- Our professional relationship will never compromise
your position with the Insured.
