On
March 14, 1996, Frank Decarlo was awarded the highest
certification in the Insurance Restoration and Repair
Profession. The title of "Certified Restorer"
was given to Mr. DeCarlo after extensive training, testing,
and ethics review, and authoring of a thesis.
The certification is given by the
National Institute of Disaster Restoration (NIDR).
Mr. DeCarlo is the only CR in Western New York and one
of approximately 350 in the world.
