FAQ
Q. In
the past, contractors have caused problems by trying to
adjust losses, or leaving jobs unfinished. Consequently,
we had to pay out more money to properly have the work
finished. How do we know this will not happen with
Paragon Restoration Group?
A. Many
contractors are experienced in their trade. However,
Insurance Restoration work takes special training and
experience. Knowing how to evaluate a loss properly,
and successfully working within the guidelines of the
Insurance Industry, is why Paragon Restoration Group is
a "cut above your average contractor."
Adjusters and Agents using contractors who lack expertise
in Insurance Restoration are going to have similar, or
worse experiences.
Q. We
do not use contractors on losses, why should we call Paragon
Restoration Group?
A. We
are very familiar with certain insurance companies that
use this term. However, it is impossible for any
company to take that position. Certain losses require
immediate attention, and unless the insurance company
intends to spend unnecessary dollars, they need to control
the situation quickly. This requires calling someone
immediately.
Q. What
are the benefits of calling Paragon?
A. When
your insured suffers a loss, usually the first person
they call is you. You have the ability to put your
insured at ease in a crisis situation by utilizing temporary
professional help. You become a lifesaver in their
eyes, while saving yourself money in lost claim dollars.
The insurance business is very competitive today, it requires
your personal involvement. You have to prove to
your customers that you are better than the agency three
blocks away, because if you don't, your customers will
belong to someone else tomorrow.
Q. Why
not keep doing what we have been doing?
A. That
is fine, except while things are changing around you,
why not move forward? Carriers are cutting back.
Quick response time on property losses saves money.
Call it job security.
Q. Why
Paragon? Why not some other company in the area?
A. Check
our reputation... don't take our word for it. You
want the most experienced company in Western New York
servicing your clients. You and your insured deserve
no less.
